Created by a refugee woman at Alsama Studio, the piece features two uplifted hands reaching toward a delicate dove, surrounded by vibrant leaves and soft florals. The Arabic inscription translates to “In Search of Peace,” echoing the shared dream of safety and harmony across borders.

Artist’s Process:
Each artist selected and printed photographs that represented “peace” to them personally. They then embroidered these images, infusing every stitch with their own meaning, stories, and hopes for a more peaceful world.
