Ceramic Bauble Vase | Hang or Stand | Handmade in the West Bank, Palestine

£24.00

Short description
A handmade speckled ceramic bauble that doubles as a tiny vase. Hang it on your tree, or stand it on a table and fill it with dried flowers, holly or baby’s breath. Made in the West Bank, Palestine.

Full description

Joy is a form of resistance. This little bauble finds joy in small things.

It is handmade from ceramic in a soft cream glaze, with warm speckles of rust and brown. A ring of small holes is cut around the top. Slip in a sprig of holly, a few dried flowers or some baby’s breath, and it becomes a tiny vase.

At Christmas, hang it on your tree with a little greenery tucked inside. When the season ends, don’t pack it away. The flat base lets it stand on its own, so it can sit on a shelf, a bedside table or a windowsill all year round.

Each piece is made by hand in the West Bank, Palestine. No two are exactly alike. Your purchase supports fair work for Palestinian artisans, who keep making beautiful things even when life is hard.

This bauble is part of our Joy in Resistance collection: beautiful things made by people who are still here.
